How to listen to or to download this recording:

After clicking on the "download" link above, you should next see a box with "Open" or "Save" buttons.

1. To listen right away without saving the file for future listening, click on "Open". The audio file will open and play in your default player (it may be one of the audio players such as Real Player or iTunes). Or you can just click on the "listen link".

2. To be able to listen at your leisure in the future or to download it to an mp3 player such as an iPod, click on "Save". This will bring up a list of your folders. Decide where you want to save the file, AND give the file a name, such as "TEMD teleclass 1". Once the file has downloaded (this may take a few minutes), then you can listen to it by double-clicking on the mp3 icon. It will open up and play in your default player.

NOTE: if you have a Mac computer or laptop, you may need to hold down the "Control Key" while clicking on the download link, in order to download an audio file successfully to your default audio player.
