Want to be an inspired courageous physician business owner?

As a physician business coach and "tool" of professional and personal development for my clients, I am always on the look out for inspiration.
Here then are two resources, one almost 45 minutes long and one a mere three minutes. I urge you to find time for both!
The first is Maria Shriver's keynote presentation at the Governor and First Lady's Women's' Conference held last week in Southern California. As a high profile woman, she shares her intimate confrontations with fear in order to become who she really is and is becoming. I was deeply moved by her words and her struggle to overcome her fears.
Irrespective of your politics, this presentation will challenge you to acknowledge your fears, discover what is true to your own heart, walk through your fears and then find your authentic self on the other side - free from the tyrannical gripping rule of fear.
You can listen to Shriver's presentation here -- click on the Watch Luncheon Session link on the right and then slide the slider forward to minute 15.
And here are the poetry lines that she references.
For quick 3-minute pick-me-up, the second source of inspiration is a viral video of Great Quotes from Great Leaders.
I wish you inspiration!
