Hey physicians, what do YOU think?

I have not gotten involved in the healthcare policy debate, preferring to leave that to the real smart wonks and instead, stay focused in my area of expertise - helping physicians become smart, savvy, happy business people in whatever capacity.
Maybe that is the wrong approach.
I don't believe any of us with medical training, aspirations for a better healthcare system, and desires for a more workable quality of life as a physician can afford to sit on the sidelines and not take an interest.
So from time to time, I will present to you some of the ideas out there and hope to foster a conversation about our futures as practicing or non-practicing contributing docs.
