Are you ready to become a tweeting physician?

Okay - I admit it. I'm on a marketing kick this week. But that is only because a) you aren't in business if you can't market b) you can market on a very low budget these days and c) the internet is littered with great advice and plenty of help.
Small business marketing maven John Jantsch of Duct Tape Marketing (yes, I've mentioned him several times before) is one of those enormously helpful educators and has made available a Twitter for Business Essentials Archive with an audio, a printable guide and a slide show to walk you through the basics of getting started in Twitter.
And in case you are still thinking Twitter is for twits, I was delighted to have one of my Twitter acquaintances (and hopefully soon to become physician colleague) introduce himself to me on my Business Development marketing teleclass the other night. We met on Twitter. I can truthfully declare that I am NOT an Twitter Addict and that Twitter has opened my eyes and world, professionally and personally, in ways I could never have predicted!
