Who belongs in your Tribe?

From one of my favorite thinker/writer/bloggers, Seth Godin, a video (17:23 mins) from an equally favorite resource, TED Talks (Seth's also pretty funny and his latest book is Tribes):

If the core principles of this presentation are:

a. finding people who are disconnected and all yearning for something similar (the non-sheep-walker) and

b. leading people and connecting them through ideas,

... what idea are you ready to put out there, to connect to your "tribe"? Which true believers are eager for your heretic leadership?
