New productivity tool for entrepreneurial MDs

There is a very cool new tool, with a minimal learning curve, to assist you with your appointment and meeting scheduling nightmares. No more back-and-forth emails or assistnat calls needed.

It's called Tungle.me and it's free, and it integrates with your calendar (whether you use Outlook, with or without Exchange, Google Calendar, Apple iCal, Entourage for Mac and Lotus Notes -- the latter is currently in closed beta).
